每支安瓿含有10毫克ALFA洗脱肽，用于制备ALFA选择器PE的天然洗脱缓冲液。NanoTag建议将冻干的肽溶解在250微升纯水中，以获得100倍浓缩的储备溶液。这种肽不能有效地从ALFA选择器ST（超紧）中洗脱ALFA标签蛋白。

请注意：每个单位的ALFA选择器PE都附带一支含有10毫克冻干肽的安瓿（足以配制25毫升洗脱缓冲液）。
