iFluor488-dUTP:更亮的信号,更强的光稳定性

染料修饰的脱氧尿苷5'-三磷酸盐是通过常规酶掺入方法(如逆转录、缺口翻译、随机引物标记或PCR)生产染料标记DNA的最常见方法之一。这种酶荧光标记方法广泛用于FISH探针和基于微阵列的实验。这种iFluor 488 dUTP缀合物使用SpectrumGreen?滤光片组作为绿色荧光色(SpectrumGreen?是Vysis的商标)。与常用的绿色探针(如荧光素-12-dUTP)相比,iFluor 488提供了更亮的信号,具有更强的光稳定性,不受pH值的影响。
