活性氧(ROS)和氧化应激可能是多种疾病(如糖尿病、癌症)发生发展的关键因素,并且可能在衰老过程中发挥重要作用。8-羟基-2'-脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)是由羟基自由基、单线态氧和直接光动力作用形成的氧化损伤DNA的产物。8-OHdG可以在组织、血清、尿液和其他生物材料中被检测到。抗8-OHdG单克隆抗体(克隆N45.1)对DNA损伤具有高度特异性,不会与RNA氧化产物(如8-羟基鸟嘌呤和8-羟基鸟苷)发生交叉反应。适用于免疫组化和ELISA检测。
经过4周慢性紫外线B照射后,无毛小鼠的表皮用N45.1染色。
