小巧、计量精确且可重复的标记
我们采用位点特异性偶联化学,确保每个 sdAb 上的荧光染料数量均一、位置确定。化学偶联完成后,过量的游离染料会被彻底去除。这些生产关键步骤将背景降至最低,并赋予产品最高的批次重现性。配合 sdAb 本身的高亲和力单价结合模式,FluoTags 在所有荧光检测中均可提供高度线性且可靠的信号。此外,得益于 sdAb 的小尺寸,FluoTags 试剂相比传统抗体具有更快、更深的组织穿透能力,既能进入拥挤的细胞微环境,也能在 3D 组织切片及整体样本中实现快速而均匀的渗透。

FluoTags-Q

所有 FluoTags-Q 试剂均为严格 1:1 化学计量比的偶联物:每个荧光染料精确对应一个单域抗体,且荧光染料位于距抗原结合面 <1.5 nm 的位置。

FluoTags-X2
一个靶标 – 一个单域抗体 – 两个荧光染料(1:1:2)
FluoTags-X2 试剂由单个单域抗体携带两个荧光染料构成,亮度可达对应 FluoTags-Q 产品的 2 倍(“X2”)。荧光染料距抗原结合面的最大位移约 3 nm。其分子尺寸仅略大于 FluoTags-Q,因此组织穿透性能同样优异。

FluoTags-X4
一个靶标 – 两个单域抗体 – 四个荧光染料(1:2:4)
每份 FluoTags-X4 试剂由两条不同序列的单域抗体(FluoTags-X2 与 FluoTags-X2-B)混合而成,二者可独立结合同一靶蛋白。每条抗体各带两个荧光染料,总计可将 4 个荧光染料导向单个靶蛋白,亮度可达 FluoTags-Q 的 4 倍(“X4”)。荧光染料距各自抗原结合面的最大位移仍约 3 nm。分子尺寸与 FluoTags-X2 相同,保持同等优良的组织穿透能力。
