In Vivo 功能级抗体简介
In Vivo 功能级抗体是专为活体动物研究所设计的高纯度抗体。与一般研究用抗体不同,功能级抗体不含防腐剂、稳定剂或其他添加物,并针对活体内的生物活性与安全性进行优化。这类抗体常用于临床前研究中,以达到免疫细胞去除、阻断受体与配体间的交互作用,或启动特定信号传导途径的目的。其来源通常为杂交瘤细胞培养或重组表达系统,并经过完善效能验证。
In Vivo 用途抗体的重要特性
为确保实验再现性、降低副作用风险,并能在动物模型中进行全身性注射而不引发非特异性免疫反应,In Vivo 功能级抗体必须符合严格的品质标准:
低内毒素:内毒素含量需严格控制,通常低于 2 EU/mg,以避免引发炎症或免疫活化。
无载体蛋白:不添加 BSA、明胶或其他蛋白质,以降低非预期免疫反应的风险。
无防腐剂:不含 Sodium Azide 或 Thimerosal,以确保在体内使用的安全性。
特定抗体 IgG 子类别:可依需求选择合适的 IgG 类型,以发挥所需的 Fc 介导功能。
高稳定性与高纯度:通过亲和纯化或 Protein A/G 层析纯化,并经 SDS-PAGE 与功能性测试确认品质。

1. 免疫细胞去除(Immune Cell Depletion)
