地高辛-11-dUTP：作为荧光标记物在生物医学研究中的重要性

AAT Bioquest的地高辛-11-dUTP可以酶法掺入DNA/cDNA中，作为其天然对应物dTTP的替代品。随后使用与辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）、碱性磷酸酶（AP）或荧光染料偶联的地高辛抗体检测所得地高辛标记的DNA/cDNA探针。11原子接头连接到尿苷的C5位，以尽量减少DIG对PCR聚合酶掺入底物的干扰。PCR和Nick翻译的典型比例为1:2地高辛-11-dUTP/dTP。
