高灵敏度ELISpot底物：用于HRP的TMB显色液，稳定可靠

在使用前调整至室温。在与辣根过氧化物酶孵育并洗涤后加入ELISpot板中。显色至斑点出现为止。通过在去离子水中充分洗涤来停止颜色反应（因为离子可能导致TMB斑点褪色）。

这种即用型TMB底物用于通过链霉亲和素-辣根过氧化物酶（Streptavidin-HRP）酶结合物开发ELISpot实验。仅供研究使用，不得用于诊断程序。
