ELISpot的BCIP/NBT-plus底物，助力免疫学研究

使用前请调整至室温。将底物溶液通过0.45 ?m滤膜过滤后，加入经过碱性磷酸酶孵育并洗涤后的ELISpot板中。显色至斑点出现为止。通过用自来水充分洗涤来停止颜色反应。

这种即用型BCIP/NBT-plus底物用于通过链霉亲和素-碱性磷酸酶（Streptavidin-ALP）酶结合物开发ELISpot实验。仅供研究使用，不得用于诊断程序。
