碘化丙啶（PI）是一种即用型细胞活性染料，可用于流式细胞术分析中排除非活性细胞。该溶液可以与荧光素（FITC）、花青素-5（CY5）和藻青蛋白（APC）偶联的膜联蛋白V联合使用，以区分处于凋亡早期和晚期的细胞。激发/发射波长为536/617 nm。
