- Western Blot Blocking Solution and Signal Enhancer is a 3-in-1 solution, providing blocking, primary and secondary antibody hybridization, and enhancing the signal developed by horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or alkaline phosphatse (AP) substrates. One 500 ml bottle is suitable for use with over 25 mini-gel size membranes. Material required but not provided:

- HRP-conjugated secondary antibody
- Wash buffer: Phosphate buffered saline with Tween-20 (PBST) or Tris-buffered saline with Tween-20 (TBST)
