6.5-270 kDa Protein Marker contains 10 prestained proteins ranging from 6.5 to 270 kDa. The 30 kDa and 270 kDa proteins are covalently coupled to an orange dye and the 52 kDa protein is covalently coupled to a green dye. The other 7 proteins are covalently coupled to a blue dye. Coloured protein bands can be seen in SDS-PAGE after transferring to a PDVF, nylon or nitrocellulose membrane.
