- Mycoplasma Prevention Reagent are ready-to-use concentrated stock solutions composed of three mycoplasma antibiotics, including macrolide, fluoroquinolone and tetracycline antibiotics, which can effectively interfere with DNA replication and protein expression of mycoplasma. This product can effectively prevent mycoplasma contamination during cell culture process, and also has a good effect on the prevention of common gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. In the daily cell culture, it can be used as the substitute of common penicillin and streptomycin antibiotics. It has the advantage of low active working concentration and low cytotoxicity.
