This product is used as loading buffer in RNA electrophoresis. It is suitable for denatured or native agarose gel and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. This product contains tracking dye- Bromophenol Blue, which can monitor the progress of electrophoresis. To use this product in electrophoresis, EB or other nucleic acid staining dye should be added into RNA sample or gel in advance. Or after gel electrophoresis, stain the gel with EB or other dyes, followed by observation under UV light.
