Human Interleukin 5 Receptor alpha (IL5RA) Protein

This protein comes with a Moleculat Weight Marker (10kDa to 70kDa). Proteins Bands: 10kDa, 14kDa, 18kDa, 22kDa, 26kDa, 33kDa, 44kDa and 70kDa. Double intensity bands: 26kDa, 18kDa, 10kDa. No need to heat, dilute or add reducing agents before use. This Molecular Weight Marker comes ready to use. Storage Buffer: 62.5mM Tris-H3PO4 (pH 7.5 AT 25°C), 1mM EDTA, 2% (w/v) SDS, 100mM DTT, 1mM NaN3, 0.01% (w/v) bromo-phenol blue and 33% (v/v) glycerol. Application: Accurate protein sizing on SDS-polyacrylamide gels and WB. 3~5µL per well for mini gel; 7µL per well for large gel with a thickness of 0.75~1.0mm. The loading volume should be double for 1.5mm thick gels.
