Phospho-HSP27 (Ser82) Antibody detects endogenous levels of HSP27 only when phosphorylated at Serine 82. HSP27 is a small heat shock protein that is regulated both transcriptionally and posttranslationally. Modulates actin polymerization and reorganization.
