Phospho-p62 Dok (Tyr362) Antibody detects endogenous levels of p62 Dok only when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 362. Dok1 a docking protein that interacts with receptor tyrosine kinases. It is constitutively tyrosine phosphorylated in hematopoietic progenitors isolated from chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) patients in the chronic phase.
