Novel H2S donor. Pyrrolidin-1-yl derivative of GYY4137. Generates H2S at physiological pH more rapidly and more efficiently than GYY4137. Shows vasodilatory, anti-inflammatory and cytoprotective effects in vivo and in vitro with 3-4 fold greater potency than GYY4137.
