- Triiodothyronine Free, Human, BioAssay ELISA Kit is for the Quantitative Determination of Free Triiodothyronine Concentration in Human Serum. Levels of fT3 are thought to reflect the amount of T3 available to the cells and may therefore determine the metabolic status of T3.Kit Components:T8425-03A: Microtiter Plate, 1x96 wells T8425-03B: Standard (0pg/ml), 1x1mlT8425-03C: Standard (1.3pg/ml), 1x1mlT8425-03D: Standard (2.6pg/ml), 1x1mlT8425-03E: Standard (5pg/ml), 1x1mlT8425-03F: Standard (8.8pg/ml), 1x1mlT8425-03G: Standard (18pg/ml), 1x1mlT8425-03H: T3 (HRP), 1x13ml T8425-03J: Wash Buffer (50X), 1x20ml T8425-03K: TMB Substrate A, 1x7mlT8425-03L: TMB Substrate B, 1x7mlT8425-03M: Stop Solution, 1x8ml (1N HCl) Storage and Stability:Store all components at 4°C. Stable for 6 months. Opened reagents are stable for 60 days at 4°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
