- Tissue, mRNA Kit for RNA Isolation, BioAssay can be used to either isolate mRNA directly from tissues and cells or isolate mRNA from total RNA. You can get the best quality mRNA with this easy to use kit.Features:• Isolate mRNA from small or large samples• Isolate mRNA either from tissues or from total RNA• Isolated mRNA is intact and over 12kb in lengthApplication:mRNA kit can be used for isolation of mRNA from animal tissues, plant tissues, cultured cells, yeast and bacteria.Description:mRNA Kit is composed of two elements: (1) RNAexol I, and RNAexol II, which can be used for isolation of total RNA from a broad spectrum of cell and tissue types such as human tissue, plant tissue, yeast and bacterial, and (2) mRNA isolation reagents for purification of mRNA from up to 10mg of total RNA. The isolated mRNA is intact and over 12 kb in length, and can be used for cDNA library construction, subtracted probe generation, RT-PCR, Northern blot analysis, primer extension, RNA protection assay, and In vitro translation.Kit Components:T5595-2839K1: RNAexol I, 1x100mlT5595-2839K2: RNAexol II, 1x100mlT5595-2839K3: Solution M, 1x20mlT5595-2839K4: RNase Inactive Solution, 1x10mlT5595-2839K5: Oligo dT, 1x250mg (25mg x 10)T5595-2839K6: Oligo dT Buffer, 2x100mlT5595-2839K7: Wash Buffer, 1x50mlT5595-2839K8: Elution Buffer, 1x10mlT5595-2839K9: DEPC Treated Water, 1x1.2mlT5595-2839K10: 3M NaAC (pH 4.5), 1x1.2mlStorage and Stability:Store *T5595-2839K5 at -20°C, Store other components at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
