该Collagen Type Ⅲ Monoclonal Antibody. Collagen type Ⅲ is expressed more abundant in the skin, intestine and arteries, but more uniform in the fetus than in the adult. It contains 25% - 50% of total skin collagen in adults. In patients with eds-iv deficiency, collagen type III decreased in other tissues, especially in the aorta. Type Ⅲ collagen is an important component of dilated organs such as arteries. Its absence or reduction leads to premature wear and tear of organs in early adulthood.
