背景资料: he activation of gene transcription is a multistep process that is triggered by factors that recognize transcriptional enhancer sites in DNA. These factors work with co-activators to direct transcriptional initiation by the RNA polymerase II apparatus. CRSP8 is a subunit of the CRSP (cofactor required for SP1 activation) complex, which, along with TFIID, is required for efficient activation by SP1. 免疫原: Antibody produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding a region of human CRSP8.

保存建议: For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚C. For longer periods of storage, store CRSP8 antibody at -20˚C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
