背景资料: NEUROD2 is a member of the neuroD family of neurogenic basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) proteins. Expression of NEUROD2 can induce transcription from neuron-specific promoters, such as the GAP-43 promoter, which contain a specific DNA sequence known as an E-box. NEUROD2 can induce neurogenic differentiation in non-neuronal cells in Xenopus embryos, and is thought to play a role in the determination and maintenance of neuronal cell fates.This gene encodes a member of the neuroD family of neurogenic basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) proteins. 免疫原: Antibody produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding a region of human NEUROD2.

保存建议: For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚C. For longer periods of storage, store NEUROD2 antibody at -20˚C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
