LSP1 is an intracellular F-actin bindingnprotein. The protein is expressed in lymphocytes, neutrophils,nmacrophages, and endothelium and may regulate neutrophil motility,nadhesion to fibrinogen matrix proteins, and transendothelialnmigration. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcriptnvariants encoding different isoforms.
