Arabidopsis acyl-CoA-binding proteins ACBP4 (AT3G05420)and ACBP5 (AT5G27630) are subcellularly localized to the cytosol and ACBP4 depletion affects membrane lipid composition. ACBP4 is expressed in all plant organs. It is involved in fatty acid transport.
