Stored at -20C to-80C for 12 month.After reconstitution with sterile water at 0.1 mg/mL, store at -20C to -80C for 3 months, store at 4C for 1 month.Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.If a precipitate is observed, centrifuge the solution thoroughly and use only the soluble fraction (removing it from the precipitate). A 10% overfill has been added to compensate for any loss of protein in the precipitate.
