Store at 4C on dry atmosphere. For primary cell isolation, culture and tissue dissociation: Reconstituted in balanced salt solutions (such as Hank's, Earle's and others) at concentrations from 0.05% to 0.5% (w/v). For enzymetic assay: Reconstituted in 0.05 M TES buffer with 0.36 mM calcium chloride, pH 7.5 at a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml.
