- EpiQuik通用乙酰化组蛋白H3-K9定量分析试剂盒（比色法）专门为检测通用组蛋白H3-K9的乙酰化而设计.检测实验中，而第9位赖氨酸被乙酰化的组蛋白H3结合到表面吸附了抗乙酰化组蛋白H3-K9抗体的微孔上.被捕获的乙酰组蛋白H3-K9被结合了一种显色剂的特异性抗体识别.乙酰化组蛋白H3-K9的量与吸光度成正比，其总量可以通过对比对照组来测定.该通用乙酰化组蛋白H3-K9定量分析试剂盒（比色法）内主要产品组份包括：C1 （10X wash buffer）
