- EpiQuik通用三甲基化组蛋白H3-K27定量分析试剂盒（比色法）专门为检测通用组蛋白H3-K27的三甲基化而设计.检测实验中，而第27位赖氨酸被三甲基化的H3结合到表面吸附了抗三甲基组蛋白H3-K27抗体的微孔上.被捕获的三甲基组蛋白H3-K27被结合了一种显色剂的特异性抗体识别.三甲基组蛋白H3-K27的量与吸光度成正比，其总量可以通过对比对照组来测定.该通用三甲基化组蛋白H3-K27定量试剂盒（Fluorometric）内主要产品组份包括：C1 （10X wash buffer）
