- EpiQuik通用组蛋白H3-K4三甲基化定量分析试剂盒（比色法）专门为检测通用组蛋白H3-K4的三重甲基化而设计.检测实验中，而第4位赖氨酸被三重甲基化的H3结合到表面吸附了抗三重甲基组蛋白H3-K4抗体的微孔上.被捕获的三重甲基组蛋白H3-K4被结合了一种显色剂的特异性抗体识别.三重甲基组蛋白H3-K4的量与吸光度成正比，其总量可以通过对比对照组来测定.该通用三甲基化组蛋白H3-K4定量分析试剂盒（比色法）内主要产品组份包括：C1 （10X wash buffer）
