The two products are: SB-431542 (Cat #S0098-93), CHIR99021.Set Contents:SB-431542 (Cat #S0098-93): TGF-b1 receptor ALK5 inhibitor (1x1mg)CHIR99021: GSK-3b inhibitor (1x1mg)Solubility:SB-431542 and CHIR99021 are soluble in DMSO (~20mg/ml) or Ethanol (~2mg/ml) and DMSO (~46.5mg/ml) respectively.Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with DMSO or ethanol. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
