The purified Protein G is supplied as either 1.0 mg or 5.0 mg in lyophilized form. No BSA, preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts have been added. Store up to one year at -20 degree C; or after reconstitution in phosphate buffered saline to highest concentration possible, store up to one month at 2-8 degree C. Protein G-HRP conjugate is supplied as 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50% glycerol/50% PBS, pH 7.4. No other preservatives have been added. Store at 2-8 degree C or long-term at -20 degree C. Reagents are stable for the period shown on the label if stored as directed.
