- The purified streptavidin is supplied as either 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL or 5.0 mg protein in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2-8 degree C.
The fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is supplied as either 0.5 mg in 0.5 mL or 1.0 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C.
The Cyanine 3 (CY 3) and Cyanine 3.5 (CY 3.5) conjugates are supplied at 0.1mg in 0.2mL of PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C.
The rhodamine (TRITC), Texas Red (TXRD), Cyanine 2 (CY 2), and Cyanine 5 (CY 5) conjugates are supplied as 1.0 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C.
The alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugate is supplied as 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50mM Tris/1mM MgCl2/50% Glycerol, pH 8.0, containing 0.1% NaN3 as preservative. Store at 2-8 degree C or long-term at -20 degree C.
The horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is supplied as 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50% glycerol/50% PBS, pH 7.4. No preservative added. Store at 2-8 degree C or long-term at -20 degree C.
The beta -galactosidase (BGAL) conjugate is supplied as 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50% glycerol/50% PBS/NaN3 as preservative. Store at 2-8 degree C or long-term at -20 degree C.
The R-phycoerythrin (R-PE) and allophycocyanin (APC) conjugates are supplied as either 0.1 mg in 0.2 mL, 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL or 1.0 mg in 2.0 mL of PBS/NaN3 and a stabilizing agent. Store at 2-8 degree C. Do not freeze!
The R-phycoerythrin/Texas Red (R-PE-TXRD) conjugate is supplied as 0.1 mg in 0.2mL of PBS/NaN3 and a stabilizing agent. Store at 2-8 degree C. Do not freeze!
The Spectral Red (SPRD), R-phycoerythrin-Cyanine 7 (R-PE-CY 7), R-phycoerythrin-Cyanine 5.5 (RPE- CY 5.5), allophycocyanin-Cyanine 7 (APC-CY 7), and conjugates are supplied as either 0.1 mg in 0.2 mL or 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL of PBS/NaN3 and a stabilizing agent. Store at 2-8 degree C. Do not freeze!
Protect conjugated forms from light. Reagents are stable for the period shown on the label if stored as directed.
