Supplied as a lyophilized powder prepared from a 2X crystalline suspension. It is recommended that the enzyme be 0.22 micron filtered after dissolution and prior to use.

Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer. Store at 4°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
