溶解建议

Supplied as a lyophilized powder. BSA free. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O to 0.01-1mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted with low encotoxin medium or a buffer with such as heat inactivated FCS or tissue culture grade BSA.

保存建议

Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile ddH2O, aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
