Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 20mM PBS, pH 7.0, 2% mannitol. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O to 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. For long term storage add 0.1% BSA or HSA.

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute by adding sterile dH2O. Aliquot and store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
