Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C and is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. To reconstitute, add 0.5ml sterile dH2O and mix gently by inversion until complete dissolution is obtained. Allow ot stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to reach equilibrium. Reconstituted milk may be stored frozen.
