Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 20mM Tris, 150mM sodium chloride, pH 7.4. Reconstiute with 1ml sterile dH2O.

Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degree C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile water and store at 4 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
