溶解建议

Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with 0.01M or 0.05M acidic acid at 1-4mg/ml. Futher dilution can be made in neutral buffer. acidic buffer to 4mg/ml. Does not dissolve in neutral buffer.

保存建议

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute with sterile acetic acid. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Product is light sensitive.
