Lyophilized at +4 degree C at least for 5 years. Reconstituted at -20 degree C for 3-5 years. Reconstituted at +4 degree C for 7 days.
Handling: Reconstitute the lyophilized 7S fraction by adding 1.0 ml of sterile distilled water. Dilution may be prepared by adding phosphate buffered saline. Avoid repeated thawing and freezing. If a slight precipitation occurs upon storage, this should be removed by centrifugation and will not affect the performance of the product. Diluted solutions should be stored at +4 degree C, not refrozen, and preferably used the same day.
