Store at -20 degree C or below before reconstitution. Reconstitute with 1 ml of distilled water. Aliquot and store at -70 degree C after reconstitution. Prepare aliquots in appropriate volume for single use to avoid repeated freeze-thawing. Avoid prolonged exposure to light.
