The protein was lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution with 0.5% NaHCO3 adjusted to pH 8.

Lyophilized rtGH although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution at > 0.1 mg/ml and filter sterilization rtGH can be stored at 4C for several weeks. At lower concentration addition of a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) is recommended. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
