Full service includes the generation and production of a target specific single-domain antibody (sdAb) from a camelid VhH library. The sdAb is generated from a random yeast display library composed of VhH genes. Using a specialized selection procedure, individual yeast cells expressing target specific sdAb are isolated. The isolated VhH genes are subcloned and the recombinant sdAb proteins are expressed and purified from E.coli. Each recombinant VhH sdAb can be characterized and qualified for functionality in the specific cell-based assay of interest which can include western blot, immunoprecipication, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and for platform-specific high-throughput screening.
