Our Protein G is covalently immobilized to Sepharose beads and the beads are packed in the column. BioVision’s ToxOut™ Endotoxin-Free Protein G (Sepharose) column is designed for endotoxin-free IgG purification and immunoprecipitation. This column can rapidly purify IgG from serum, ascites and cell culture media from various species such as human, mouse, rat, goat and rabbit.
