产品描述: MAPK-Ras Signaling Antibody Kit Kit contains three related antibodies as part of a signaling cascade or a combination of total and phosphorylated forms of key signaling targets.Kit Components:M2352-02B1: (M2865-10B), MEK1/MEK2, phosphorylated (Ser218/222, Ser222/226) (Map Kinase Kinase, Erk Kinase) Mab Rabbit x Hu (Western Blot only). M2352-02B2: (R0495-03), Raf, (Ser338) phosphorylated (Raf1, c-Raf) Mab Mo x Hu (Western Blot only). M2352-02B3:-Ras (K-,H-,N-) Mab Mo x Hu (Western Blot and IHC-paraffin)Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot (M2352-02B1, M2352-02B2, M2352-02B3) and Immunohistochemistry (M2352-02B3). Other applications not tested.Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: M2352-02B1: 1:2000-1:10,000M2352-02B2: 0.5-2ug/mlM2352-02B3: 1:1000-1:10,000Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): M2352-02B3: 1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
