Human N-Cadherin has a predicted length of 906 residues and MW of 100 kDa. A concentration of 2.0-4.0 µg/mL is recommended for IHC to detect the protein in paraffin embedded tissues. Antigen retrieval by heat is required. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
