WB; IH, Frozen; IF,Frozen; ELISA This antibody is recommended for WB, IHC, sandwich ELISA and immunofluorescence. The recommended dilution for this antibody is 3 µg/mL for IHC and 10 µg/mL for immunofluorescence. The antibody has been used successfully on formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissue. It is necessary to treat the paraffin sections by placing them in 1X Citrate Buffer (pH 6.0) then placing in a Pressure Cooker at 125ºC for 4 minutes then at 90ºC for 45 min. The tissue may also be treated by placing it in 1X Citrate Buffer (pH 6.0) then microwaving at 750W for 20 minutes. Biosensis recommends optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
