产品描述: Principle of the Assay:This is an ELISA for the quantitative analysis of 15-epi-Lipoxin A4 levels in biological fluid. This test kit operates on the basis of competition between the enzyme conjugate and 15-epi-Lipoxin A4 in the sample for a limited number of binding sites. Quantitative test results may be obtained by measuring and comparing the absorbance reading of the wells of the samples against the standards with a microplate reader at 650nm. The extent of color development is inversely proportional to the amount of 15-epi-Lipoxin A4 in the sample or standard. For example, the absence of 15-epi-Lipoxin A4 in the sample will result in a bright blue color, whereas the presence of 15-epi-Lipoxin A4 will result in little or no color development.Kit Components:L2622-10A: Coated Microwell plate, 1x96 wellsL2622-10B: LXA4-15e Standard (1ug/ml), 1x50ul*L2622-10C: LXA4-15e Conjugate, 2x1vialL2622-10D: Extraction Buffer (5X), 1x30mlL2622-10E: ELISA Buffer, 1x30mlL2622-10F: Wash Buffer (10X), 1x20mlL2622-10G: TMB Substrate, 1x20mlStorage and Stability: Store *L2622-10C powder at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
