- This ELISA kit has been calibrated using a recombinant human IkBa standard expressed in E. coli.Sensitivity:< 30pg/mlRange:62.5-4000pg/mlSpecificity:This ELISA does not crossreact with rat or mouse. Other species have not been tested.
