Human HSP40 （heat shock protein with molecular size of 40kDa） is one of the mammalian homologues of bacterial DnaJ heat shock protein and regulates cellular processes by aiding in the folding， transport and assembly. HSP40 protein contains the J-domain which controls interaction with the ATPase domain of DnaK.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution. The protein solution contains 20mM Tris （pH 8.0）， 2mM DTT， 0.2mM PMSF and 10% glycerol.

DnaJ although stable 4℃ for 4 weeks， should be stored desiccated below -18℃.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein （0.1% HSA or BSA）.
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
