Pramlintide acetate is a hormone that is released into the bloodstream， in a similar pattern as insulin. Pramlintide aids in the absorption of glucose by slowing gastric emptying， promoting satiety， and inhibiting inappropriate secretion of glucagon， a catabolic hormone that opposes the effects of insulin.

溶解建议

提供的普兰林肽产品为白色无菌冻干粉末，冻干粉里不含有其它添加剂.推荐使用无菌的18MΩ的超纯水来溶解，浓度不低于100ug/ml，便于后续稀释.

保存建议

Lyophilized Pramlintide although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks， should be stored desiccated below -18℃. Upon reconstitution Pramlintide should be stored at 4℃ between 2-7 days and for future use below -18℃. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein （0.1% HSA or BSA）. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
